We're on the lookout for the pear-fect Full-Time Business Manager for our Coffs Harbour Central store to motivate the team, to give 100% customer service to every single customer and develop them to be Weekend & Weekday Warriors. A leader who will run the business like they own it and can develop Boosties to be the next generation of Boost leaders.

When you hit your store KPIs, along with your passion and energy this will take our store to jaw-dropping levels of operational excellence and make it THE BEST BOOST IN THE HISTORY OF BOOSTS!

So what are we looking for in a Business Manager?

• Store Management experience in retail or hospitality is essential.

• Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profit.

• An understanding of P&L’s and how to influence them

• Proven ability to manage rosters, undertake stocktakes and order stock to suitable levels.

• Ability to recruit, train and develop our Boosties.

• Available for weekdays/weekends and early morning work - no late nights required!!

• Passionate about what you do and give 100% every time!
