Support people where your outcomes are meaningful and purposeful
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your occupational rehabilitation experience into a leadership role. As an accomplished Rehabilitation Consultant, you will use your knowledge and experience in workplace rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation and workers compensation to mentor and coach a growing team. Play a critical function in the overall success of the region in this varied role that will see you, developing consultants, engaging with clients and managing a small casebook of claims.

Onboard, train, develop and manage the performance of a team of consultants governing quality and compliance standardsProvide leadership and development opportunities for our growing, multidisciplinary team of allied health professionalsConduct clinical assessments to determine worker and employer needs to recover at and return to workImplement, monitor and review rehabilitation plans to achieve a recovery at workEngage with and develop customer relations

What Will Make You Successful
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation CounsellingCurrent unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA) Ability to engage and lead across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal (either as an accomplished or emerging leader)Passion to help people rehabilitate and achieve outcomes Experience working within the Workcover WA scheme
