Are you an experienced recruiter who can confidently manage complex recruitment activities, engage hard-to-find talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience?

Join our high-performing Northern Beaches team and take ownership of recruitment assignments across a variety of industries and roles. You will work closely with our Recruitment Client Relationship Managers, provide proactive client support and help develop junior members of the team.

We are not a traditional recruitment agency or an internal recruitment team. Our unique outsourced recruitment and HR model allows us to build long-term partnerships with clients and become a trusted extension of their business.

What You’ll Do

You will deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across the full candidate lifecycle while contributing to team and business goals.

✔ Support Client Relationship Managers with client briefings

✔ Build strong candidate relationships and deliver an exceptional experience 

✔ Write and manage engaging job advertisements

✔ Review applications and identify candidate strengths, gaps and suitability

✔ Conduct screening calls and interviews across a variety of roles

✔ Deliver informed hiring recommendations using screening, psychometric testing and reference checks

What You Bring

We are looking for a proactive, commercially aware recruiter who combines sound judgement with genuine care for clients, candidates and colleagues.

✔ Min 2 years’ experience in recruitment

✔ Candidate interviewing, assessment and relationship management skills

✔ Clear, concise communication tailored to different clients, candidates and stakeholders

✔ Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

✔ Confidence using recruitment systems and sourcing platforms, ideally including JobAdder, Hiring Manager, Referoo, LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search

✔ Full Australian working rights, with no sponsorship available
