What You'll Be Doing

As a Brand Ambassador for Àerre, you'll help customers discover fragrances they'll love while creating a memorable in-store experience.

Your day will include:

• Welcoming and engaging every customer with genuine enthusiasm.

• Helping customers find their perfect fragrance through personalised scent consultations.

• Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.

• Maintaining beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Processing sales accurately and efficiently.

• Building customer loyalty through outstanding service.

• Working collaboratively with your team to create a positive, high-energy environment.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have previous retail or customer service experience (fragrance, beauty or fashion experience is highly regarded).

• Love talking to people and creating memorable customer experiences.

• Are confident recommending products and closing sales.

• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every shift.

• Enjoy working towards goals and celebrating team success.

• Are reliable, professional and available to work a flexible retail roster, including weekends and late-night trade.
