Spare Parts Interpreter / Parts Advisor

Who do we need?

We are currently recruiting for a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our high performing service team based in Artarmon. 

We need someone who is passionate about maintaining active and open working relationship with service and sales departments to support our smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction. 

We are looking for someone who has experience in the automotive industry.

What will you be doing?

As the Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for selling, monitoring, and maintaining stock control and administering Toyota parts with customers including trade customers, retail panel shops and mechanical shops.

The Parts Interpreter carries out a range of duties related to selling Toyota Spare Parts, including identifying appropriate parts and components, consulting catalogues, carrying out storage and stock control procedures, and providing our guests with exceptional parts advice.

You will also be required to receive and fill orders for Toyota parts, preparing invoices and organising the timely dispatch of parts, all while building and maintaining guest loyalty and support!
