We are seeking an experienced Group Human Resources Manager to lead our people function across a growing national business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in delivering both strategic and operational HR initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, support business growth and foster a high-performance culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

Location: Welshpool, WA

You will be responsible for:

• Partnering with leaders to deliver HR solutions and services.
• Managing employee and industrial relations, investigations and performance management.
• Leading recruitment, workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Developing career pathways, succession planning and leadership capability.
• Driving diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Overseeing performance management, remuneration and payroll governance.
• Supporting organisational change, business integrations and workforce planning.
• Ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.

Selection Criteria

• Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior HR leadership role (essential)
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and employment legislation.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations and industrial relations matters.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A practical, commercially focused approach with the ability to operate strategically and operationally.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams and business functions.
• Strong coaching relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.
• Permanent unrestricted Australian working rights.
