Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies, creating unique events and exceptional customer service.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost controls are in place.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.
• Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Senior Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a current RMLV, Approved Manager’s Licence, Gaming Nomination/Licence, Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) certification, and Queensland RSA and RSG certifications.

If you do not currently hold all mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them prior to commencing employment.
