About the role:

Working in a fun and lively environment, the bartenders and food and beverage attendants will be responsible for creating little moments for guests that will keep them coming back for more. We are seeking a warm and welcoming personality, a passion and the ability to create surprising and memorable experiences and share great local knowledge. This role will include taking orders, serving guests, taking payment and register operation. 

Main Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with all requirements by offering suggestions and demonstrating great product knowledge 

• Providing an excellent experience to each customer who visits, ensuring that all customer needs are exceeded

• Taking orders and prompt table service

• Delivering quality guest service and food & beverage offerings

We are additionally looking for Bartenders and Food & Beverage Attendants with demonstrated bar experience. 

What you will bring

Naturally, your previous experience in a similar role, within a luxury hospitality setting, will come highly regarded. As will the following:  

• A current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

• Must have experience with creating cocktails and making cocktails

• Must be experienced working in a fast-paced service environment 

• A sound ‘all-round’ beverage and cocktail knowledge 

• Ability to manage time/priorities

• Motivation to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues through effective communication

• Excellent personal presentation and presence

• Willingness and ability to exceed expectations

• A passion for food, beverage and hospitality 

• Availability for to work varying shifts including evenings/nights and weekends
