Join the dynamic team at Central Earthmoving as a Heavy-Duty Diesel Fitter, on a 2:2 (days and nights) or 8:6 (days only) roster at various sites in the Goldfields and Mid-West with ongoing secure work!

The Role

As a Heavy Diesel Fitter with Centrals, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our onsite teams in performing planned, preventative & breakdown maintenance across our extensive fleet of heavy mobile equipment and ancillory equipment. The roles are FIFO from Perth or Geraldton if working in the Mid-West.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have the following:

Experience working in a team in a mining or construction environment.3 years’ experience in repairing earthmoving equipment.Heavy Diesel Fitter trade qualification (essential).Excellent diagnostic, fault finding, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills.Forklift ticket and air-conditioning ticket (highly desirable).Enthusiastic attitude & high performing work ethic with a strong commitment to safety.Pre-employment medical, National Police Clearance and full Australian working rights required.
