General Hand- Full Time

We’re a growing residential building company seeking a reliable and motivated General Hand to join our construction team. This is a hands-on role working across residential builds, supporting trades and ensuring sites run efficiently and safely.

About the Role

As the general hand; you’ll be working on active residential construction sites, assisting with day-to-day construction tasks and supporting our supervisors and trades to keep projects moving.

Key responsibilities include:

• General labouring duties on residential construction sites

• Site clean-up and preparation

• Assisting trades as required

• Assist in the collection and distribution of supplies to various sites

• Manual handling of materials and equipment

• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

• Following WHS procedures at all times.

About You

• Previous experience in construction or labouring preferred (but not essential)

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit

• Able to follow instructions and work as part of an established and cohesive team.

Requirements

• White Card (essential)

• Driver’s licence (essential)

• QLD police Check (essential).
