Ausliners is an Australian manufacturer specializing in custom formliners and precision-engineered moulds for the architectural precast concrete industry. Working from our facility in Bayswater North, we design and produce moulds in-house — using 3D modelling and CNC machinery — that turn architects' concepts into finished concrete surfaces, from intricate artwork panels to large-format architectural features. About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory / Production Hand to join our team at our Bayswater North facility. This is a casual position offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic production environment, playing an essential role in the manufacture of our custom formliners and moulds.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating and monitoring production in accordance with safety and quality standards

• Sanding MDF sheets to prepare them for painting

• Helping to pour moulds

• Following production schedules

• General factory and workshop duties

• Supporting other team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment

• Reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately

• Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures and protocols

• Assembling, packaging and preparing products for dispatch

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

• Reliability and a strong attendance record

• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Experience in a factory, production or manufacturing setting is highly valued

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety principles is desirable
