About the role
Join a friendly and professional team where your career can thrive. National 360 Bendigo is seeking a Occupational Therapist who are committed to delivering meaningful outcomes.
Whether you are an early career therapist or have years of experience under your belt, all are welcome to apply for this role.
About The Role
Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions. Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Bendigo office. Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance. Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact. Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential. Play an active role in senior team meetings and initiatives that encourage growth and team development. Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapists and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent. Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.
