Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Express Repair Coordinator to join our team, based in Sutherland, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance repairs valued up to $20,000, overseeing each job from authorisation through to completion. You will coordinate sub-contractors, liaise with the customer and clients, and ensure repairs are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives on organisation, clear communication, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of repairs.

• Liaise with customers, insurance companies, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to gather and provide necessary information.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

• Operate autonomously, taking ownership of multiple jobs from start to finish.

• Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance or building industry is essential.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with job management systems is a plus (Prime EcoSystem is a preference).

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
