An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer or Property Lawyer to join our well-established law firm in Kingsgrove.

You'll take ownership of a busy residential conveyancing practice, managing files from commencement through to settlement while working closely with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors. This is a role suited to a confident professional who enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional client service.

There is the potential for the successful candidate to continue with the firm beyond the initial contract period, subject to business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from start to finish

• Handle standard residential and off-the-plan transactions

• Act for both purchasers and vendors

• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders and solicitors

• Prepare and review contracts and conveyancing documentation

• Manage electronic settlements through PEXA

• Deliver exceptional client service throughout each transaction

  About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience managing NSW residential conveyancing matters independently

• Experience with off-the-plan transactions

• Experience acting for both vendors and purchasers

• Proficiency in PEXA

• Experience using Smokeball

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A high level of accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail

• A proactive and client-focused approach
