At Heems Gardening, every day looks different — one week you're transforming a client's backyard into something they'll love for years, the next you're maintaining established gardens across the Adelaide Hills and city. We're growing and have openings across a few different arrangements — full time, part time, casual, and contract positions — so whether you're after steady ongoing work or something more flexible, let us know what suits you.

What you'll be doing

• Working across beautiful residential gardens throughout the Adelaide Hills and Adelaide
• Landscaping and garden maintenance — from planting and pruning to hardscaping and irrigation
• Building real relationships with clients who trust us to look after their outdoor spaces
• Working alongside a small team that backs each other up and does the job right, not just fast
• Planning your work before you arrive on site, and taking initiative rather than waiting to be told everything

What we're looking for

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related trade (or a strong willingness to learn)
• A valid driver's licence
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Someone who takes initiative and thinks ahead, rather than waiting to be told everything
• Pride in doing a job properly, every time
• For contractors: your own ABN, insurance, and equipment

Pay: $27.50 – $44.67 per hour
