Business Development Manager - Property Management

WHO WE WANT:

Bridgebury Real Estate are seeking a Business Development Manager. The candidate needs to have the confidence in their ability and totally believe in our project. Ultimately, whilst plenty of training and guidance will be provided, we want someone to make the position their own. Experience in Property Management as a Business Development Manager (BDM) is preferred however as this is a sales role, sales experience will be considered. We have plenty of incoming referrals but maximising the result by proactively generating business is a key component of the role. We are looking for an individual that wants to develop their skills and be put on a clear career path for growth. It is important the right candidate is reliable and hard working! As the brand continues to grow quickly, so will the opportunities within the company. Your package can be adjusted on capability, so ultimately if you consistently deliver more properties, you can expect an industry leading package. The position is offered with a fully maintained company car to take home or an increased base salary to use your own.

MUST HAVE'S

• A Real Estate Registration Certificate

• Sales Experience

• Professional Appearance

• A Current Australian Driving Licence
