Position Title: Reservation Booking Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservation Booking Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for our various adventure packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for our customers

- Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information, answer questions, and assist with any concerns regarding their reservations

- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to regularly update and promote our packages and special offers

- Utilize reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately

- Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and all necessary arrangements are made for customers' travel needs

- Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and effectively resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after a trip

- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication between all departments

- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the reservation booking experience for both customers and staff

Qualifications:

- Experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality industry

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using reservation management software and Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
