IT Service Delivery & Technical Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery & Technical Operations Manager to ensure our IT services run reliably, securely and efficiently — empowering our teams to deliver outstanding experiences every day.

In this full-time role, you'll combine technical hands-on expertise, service management, and vendor coordination to maintain a secure and high-performing IT environment. You’ll be part of a values-driven organisation that thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement and real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily IT service delivery — keeping systems stable, secure and fit for purpose.
• Provide level 2/3 technical support and perform hands-on administration across servers, networks, cloud platforms and endpoints.
• Manage backups, patching, monitoring and incident resolution while driving automation and simplification.
• Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations, implement security controls, and respond to incidents.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into practical, secure technical solutions.
• Manage third-party providers and ensure vendors meet service and security expectations.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning, operational documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in IT operations, service delivery or systems engineering.
• Strong technical background across Microsoft 365 (Entra, Exchange, Intune, Defender), Azure or AWS, networking (firewalls, VPNs, DNS, routing), and endpoint management.
• Hands-on cybersecurity experience, including vulnerability management and implementation of security controls.
• Solid problem-solving, documentation and communication skills — with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, support projects, and improve systems and processes.
• Calm, analytical approach with a focus on reliability, performance and safety.
