About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Baby! 

Main Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment, station & stock for service
• Prepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standard
• Provide an exceptional level of service for guests
• Complete closing duties as assigned

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

• At least 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume venue
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
• Adaptable and able to multi-task
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
