MC Roadtrain Operators

We are seeking experienced MC Road Train Operators for multiple long-term contract opportunities across the Goldfields and Pilbara regions of Western Australia.

These roles involve operating road trains to safely transport quarry and resource materials on long-haul haulage routes while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster, you'll join a professional team with a strong safety culture and well-maintained equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate MC road trains in accordance with site and company procedures.
• Transport quarry materials on long-haul routes efficiently and professionally.
• Complete thorough pre-start inspections and identify any defects prior to operation.
• Maintain compliance with fatigue management, road transport regulations, and site safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and other team members.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture by following all policies, procedures, and safe work practices.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current MC Driver's Licence.
• Commercial Vehicle Fatigue Management Certificate.
• Demonstrated experience operating road train side tippers and self-loading combinations.
• Proven ability to safely transport quarry or bulk materials over long-haul distances.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety with an excellent safety record.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Previous quarry and/or mine site experience (highly regarded).
