We're looking for a Procurement Administration Officer to support a busy procurement team by managing documentation, tracking orders and payments, and ensuring procurement records remain accurate and up to date.

About the Role You'll play a key role supporting the procurement function by maintaining documentation, updating internal systems and coordinating information across multiple departments. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure projects continue running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase orders, invoices, contracts and procurement documentation
• Update procurement trackers, order registers and payment records
• Monitor order progress, production updates and delivery schedules
• Follow up outstanding documentation and internal approvals
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate electronic records
• Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager and wider team

About You To be successful, you'll bring:

• Fluent Mandarin and professional working English (essential)
• Previous experience in administration, procurement support or accounts administration
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience handling invoices, purchase orders or payment records
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Construction or procurement industry experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
