Your Opportunity

As a Google Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution, optimisation, and ongoing management of Google Ads campaigns across a portfolio of clients. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, performance-driven outcomes — translating strategy into action and identifying opportunities to push results further.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• • Building, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily, identifying trends and implementing optimisations to improve results
  • Managing budget allocation and pacing to maximise performance and efficiency
  • Analysing campaign data to surface insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams
  • Supporting conversion tracking implementation and maintenance via Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Working with product feeds, Google Merchant Centre, and campaign integrations to support eCommerce performance
  • Troubleshooting campaign and tracking issues in collaboration with peers and senior team members
  • Contributing to monthly reporting with accurate data and performance commentary aligned to client objectives
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the team grows
  
  

Experience you'll bring

The ideal candidate brings a positive and thoughtful attitude to everything they do. They are a team player and a straight shooter. They'll also have:

• • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Shopping
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Centre
  • Comfort interpreting performance data and making confident optimisation decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with attention to detail
  • A qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
