Barista/Cafe Allrounder

We’re a fast growing cafe looking for an enthusiastic and driven team member to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and hospitality who’s ready to grow with us.

About the role

You’ll be a key part of our business, spending your days getting to know the regulars, pulling amazing espesso and whipping up some delectible sandwhiches. This role will suit someone is accomplished behind a coffee machine and doesn’t mind rolling solo.

What we’re looking for

• A genuine focus on the customer experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and leaves happy.
• A team first attitude, someone who communicates well, supports their colleagues, and brings good energy to every shift.
• 2 years of experience in a cafe or restaurant environment, with solid coffee and barista skills
• The ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly
• Someone ambitious and eager to develop, with a genuine interest in stepping into a leadership role over time
