Service Coordinator

About the role
We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Rosebery team as the first point of contact for customers needing service support. You'll keep technician schedules on track, resolve enquiries quickly, and help make sure every service experience is a great one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering & prioritising customer service requests, and assigning them to the right technician
• Scheduling technician visits — from routine maintenance to urgent call-outs
• Keeping customers in the loop and following up until every job is resolved
• Handling a high volume of calls calmly, courteously and efficiently
• Managing complaints from first contact through to resolution
• Processing accurate, timely invoicing for completed work
• Implementing improvements to maintain high service standards
• Ensuring all service activities comply with company policy, industry regulations, and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-focused approach
• Confidence handling high call volumes while remaining calm, courteous, and solutions-focused
• Experience using job management or scheduling software, with a willingness to learn company systems
• High attention to detail, particularly around invoicing, scheduling, and record keeping
