Customer Care Consultant – Customer Service & Administration

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Consultant to join our growing team in Wynnum on a full-time permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, administration, scheduling, or sales support experience who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy, collaborative environment.

As our Customer Care Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email

• Managing customer enquiries and shared inboxes

• Scheduling appointments for Sales Consultants and Service Technicians

• Processing orders and providing sales administration support

• Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system

• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

You are organised, customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or a similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
