We’re continuing to grow and are looking for experienced Pest Control Technicians who want to grow with us.

About the Role

Working across the Hunter Valley, you’ll provide professional pest management services to a variety of clients and sites.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pest management solutions tailored to individual client requirements

• Conducting pest inspections, treatments and elimination services at client premises

• Identifying pest issues and providing practical advice on eradication and prevention

• Building strong relationships and rapport with clients

• Providing professional and knowledgeable customer service

• Completing daily risk assessments and following safety management processes

• Maintaining accurate service records and reporting

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant standards and procedures

About You

You’re an experienced Pest Control Technician who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing great service to customers.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Current NSW Pest Management Technician Licence – essential

• Termite and Timber Pest Management Accreditation - Have or Willing to Obtain

• Current Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar pest control role

• Strong knowledge of pest control chemicals, equipment and supplies

• Current driver’s licence – full manual licence preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Good organisational and time-management skills

• Sound understanding of Work Health and Safety requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Two work-related references

The following would also be highly regarded:

• Confined Space ticket

• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket

You’ll need to be comfortable working in small or confined spaces where required and be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
