Pre-Delivery Manager – Cumberland Ford Blacktown

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, organised Pre-Delivery Manager to lead our dealership’s pre-delivery team and ensure every vehicle is prepared to perfection for customer handover. This is an active, workshop-and-yard-focused position where you’ll manage daily workflow, coordinate trades, and inspect vehicles directly to maintain high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily preparation, detailing, accessory fitting, and tinting of new and used vehicles.

• Schedule and prioritise daily job flow to guarantee on-time customer deliveries.

• Perform final quality inspections on all vehicles prior to handover.

• Coordinate work with internal service departments, detailers, and external trade contractors.

• Manage yard space, vehicle parking logistics, and transport deliveries efficiently.

• Maintain complete compliance, registration processing, and job sign-off records.

• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Mentor and support junior team members involved in product development activities

Key Requirements

• Background in vehicle pre-delivery, service advising, detail management, or dealership operations.

• Strong floor presence—active in the workshop and yard alongside your team.

• High attention to detail with an uncompromising standard for vehicle presentation.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle tight delivery schedules.

• Full driver’s license (manual capability required).

• The ability to work efficiently and meet or exceed targets and deadlines.
