The Mai-Wel Group is a Hunter region not-for-profit connecting people with possibilities for nearly 65 years. With a team of more than 370 people, we deliver integrated, person-centred supports across daily living and independence, social and creative participation, and real-world work-readiness programs that lead to jobs—reinvesting every dollar to grow impact across our region. We are seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate and dedicated Support Workers who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of people living with disability.
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, inclusion and community participation. You will work closely with participants to achieve their individual goals while ensuring their safety, wellbeing and dignity.
Opportunities may become available across a range of programs, including community-based supports, supported independent living (SIL), short-term accommodation, and day programs.
