Recruitment Advisor

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Blue Collar Recruitment Advisor to join our team due to growth. This casual role will support our recruitment activities across the business and play a key part in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.

About the Role

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within the organisation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Conducting reference checks and verifying working rights
• Booking medicals and organising mandatory training
• Maintaining and updating our recruitment system
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines for future projects
• Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Collecting and verifying licences, tickets and qualifications
• Supporting onboarding and mobilisation activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven internal recruitment experience
• Experience with recruitment systems (ATS)
• Exposure to both blue-collar and white-collar hiring
• Knowledge of the construction industry, including relevant qualifications, licences and tickets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Pronto experience (desirable)
