Sales Representative

About the role

In this position, you will be visiting customers all over the Sydney metro area who have made appointments through our office. You will be expected to represent Select Window Installations in a professional manner and be able to offer solutions to potential customers.

From the initial appointment, you will prepare quotes, follow up with customers and then liaise with the installation manager and installers to ensure jobs run smoothly and your customers are thrilled with their new windows/doors. Most of our work comes from referrals.

You will also be expected to build your sales base by contacting prospective customers (strata managers & remedial builders) to offer our services.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers across the Sydney metro area for scheduled appointments

• Represent Select Window Installations professionally

• Offer solutions to potential customers

• Prepare quotes for customers

• Follow up with customers after initial appointments

• Liaise with installation manager and installers to ensure jobs run smoothly

• Contact prospective customers (strata managers & remedial builders) to build sales base

About you

• Previous window/door sales sales experience essential

• Driver's licence essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs

• High attention to detail and great time management

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Well presented, trustworthy, punctual, organised and able to work in a team

• Drive to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations

• Ability to meet and exceed monthly budgets
