About the role
Supporting the team, this part time role will involve a variety of legal and administrative tasks and is suited to candidates who enjoy the challenge of a busy work environment. This is a job share position for two days a week (Monday and Friday) and extra days to cover holidays when required.
Key responsibilities
Preparation of legal documentation
Liaising with clients
Electronic court filing
Diary management
Various general administrative tasks as required
About you
Good telephone manner
Client focused, hard-working and motivated
Can do attitude
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent typing skills with good attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of preparing legal documents in Family Law, preparation of Wills and Power of Attorney's an advantage but not essential
