Key Accountabilities:

- Proficiency in both bar and floor settings.

- Work hard and engage with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Foster a positive culture, ensuring a safe working environment for all.

- Strong command of Lightspeed (or similar) POS system.

- Skilled use of rostering platforms (Microkeeper).

- Proficient with reservation systems (Nowbookit).

- Collaborate with management to prepare for and execute functions seamlessly.

- Uphold company policies and procedures.

- Maintain composure and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is essential.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Current Victorian RSA Certificate (or bridging certificate).

- Creative ideas to enhance guest experiences.

- Availability on weekends.

- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
