This is a unique opportunity to lead, support, and make a real difference by coordinating a welcoming team that delivers essential services to the Jabiru community.
As the Administration Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality front‑line services, including customer service, Centrelink, postal, and general business support.
Bring your strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills to a rewarding role where you can make a meaningful and positive contribution every day.
You are someone who is:
A strong leader who can mentor a cross-cultural workforce, including local Indigenous staff.
Experienced in office administration and supervising a small team
A clear, confident and friendly communicator with staff, community, and stakeholders.
Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn new systems quickly.
Knowledgeable about Indigenous culture and remote community life.
Experienced working in a post office — desirable but not essential.
Base salary $88,021 plus superannuation and leave loading (remuneration package $100,361)
6 weeks of annual leave, remote locality allowance, and telephone assistance.
Basic furnished accommodation with subsidised rent, free uniforms, and access to an employee assistance program.
