About the Role
As a Truck Fabrications Welder, you'll play a key role in building and modifying truck chassis and components to meet customer requirements. Working closely with our technicians and auto electricians, you'll deliver high-quality fabrication work that meets safety, compliance and workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities
•    Fabricate and modify truck chassis to engineering and customer specifications
•    Perform MIG welding, cutting, grinding and steel fabrication work
•    Install and fit truck components including tailgates, doors and ancillary equipment
•    Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
•    Collaborate with workshop technicians and auto electricians
•    Maintain high standards of quality workmanship and safety compliance
•    Contribute to continuous improvement within the fabrication department

About You
•    Qualified Welder, Boilermaker, Fabricator or similar trade qualification
•    Proven experience in welding and fabrication environments
•    Experience with truck, trailer or heavy vehicle fabrication highly regarded
•    Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Sound problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
•    Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
•    Reliable, organised and able to manage competing priorities
