Parts Interpreter

About the Role

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Interpreting and supplying genuine Toyota parts and accessories.

• Assisting retail, trade and workshop customers with parts enquiries.

• Processing orders, invoices and customer transactions.

• Building on our trade business.

• Receiving, unpacking and storing stock.

• Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control.

• Supporting the Service Department with timely parts supply.

• Delivering outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous Parts Interpreter experience (Toyota experience highly regarded).

• Mechanical background an advantage.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Good computer literacy.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
