Junior Production Supervisor

Austwel Building Materials is a fast-growing building construction materials company focusing on Aluminum Windows and Doors for commercial and residential use. We are constantly looking for talented future leaders to help better our business.

As a full-time Junior Production Supervisor, you will be trained to manage the day-to-day operations of our production floor, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our products and services.

This position is based in Cabramatta NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manufacturing process of the product

• Support daily production operations and supervise production staff

• Assist with production planning, scheduling, and meeting daily targets

• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to production team members

• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bilingual in Chinese and English

• No experiences required , but  preferably in the construction and manufacturing industry

• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

• Committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment

Salary will be based on skills and experience. Package 65000-75000
