HD Mechanic - Component Rebuild

About the Role:
 

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic to work in our Component Rebuild department to join our growing team.  You will be responsible for rebuilding diesel engines, powertrain and hydraulic components for our large mobile fleet of Caterpillar & Komatsu Heavy Earthmoving equipment.

 
Roster & Location: 5 days on 2 days off (Mon to Fri) based at the Maddington Workshop.
 
About you:

• Hold a Nationally recognised Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology
• Caterpillar component rebuild experience essential
• Pride in your workmanship with a high attention to detail
• Proficient in the use and interpretation of precision measuring tooling
• Current WA Drivers Licence (HR desirable)
• Safety focused mindset with a solid work ethic
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

Desirable:

• HRWL - LF, WP, CN, DG
• Work safely at heights
• Previous experience with Pronto
