Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Pharmacist to join our friendly team in Balmain. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacist who enjoys building strong relationships with patients and contributing to a supportive community pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide professional medication counselling and patient care.
· Support and supervise pharmacy assistants, interns and students to maintain high standards of service.
· Assist with Webster packs and medication management services.
· Manage dispensary and front-of-store stock control, including inventory management and ordering.
· Provide professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations, OTP services and other clinical services within scope of practice.
· Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Board requirements, PBS regulations and relevant legislation.
· Provide advice on prescription medicines, OTC products and general health enquiries.
· Contribute to a friendly, welcoming and patient-focused community pharmacy environment.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
· Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience in a similar role.
· Strong understanding of Australian pharmacy legislation, PBS requirements and professional practice standards.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety and quality care.
· Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a busy pharmacy setting.
