Centre Director Assistant Director / 2IC

Centre Director

As Centre Director, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality early education and care. You will foster strong connections with families, educators, and the local community, while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a culture of collaboration and wellbeing.

What You'll Bring
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent Proven leadership experience in an early learning or childcare setting Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and NQF Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for creating safe, inspiring learning environments
Assistant Director / 2IC

As Assistant Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director to support day-to-day operations, mentor educators, and maintain a high standard of care and education. You will be a positive role model who helps nurture a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team culture.

What You'll Bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent Leadership experience or experience in a senior educator role Comprehensive understanding of the EYLF and NQS Strong interpersonal and communication skills A proactive, supportive, and positive approach to teamwork
