About the business and the role Calbah Industries is a fast-growing company and to continue to be the best, we are looking to employee permanent full time, BOILERMAKER/WELDER/METAL FABRICATOR with extensive specialised fabrication and welding experience, to join our team. Huge work variety with overtime available.

  Skills and experience Competent Boilermaker/Welder/Fabricator with a Minimum 4 years’ experience, with an Australian recognised trade certification (Cert III in Fabrication Trade or relevant experience

Skills in general steel fabrication/ MIG and TIG welding experience . Must be able to read ad interpret drawings  to determine job requirements selecting, cleaning and preparing metal stock

cutting marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches and metal cutting machines aligning parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments joining metal sections using various welding techniques, bolting and riveting

Excellent communication & organisational skills Strong attention to detail, to all policies and procedures, OHS awareness and understanding is required Happy to work within a team environment or autonomously.

Strong work ethic and punctuality and reliability is a must. You must be physically fit, self-motivated, and punctual and possess a positive quick learning attitude. Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and industry award rates.
