Head Foreperson- Randwick

John O'Shea & Tom Charlton Racing is seeking a Head Foreperson to join our young and enthusiastic team based at Randwick.

This role will involve overseeing the care and management of 60 horses in work, while leading and managing a team of 25–30 staff. The successful applicant will oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Applicants will ideally have previously held a senior position within the racing industry and possess extensive industry experience. The role requires a highly skilled horse person with a strong understanding of equine medications, staff management, race day attendance, and excellent communication skills.
