About the RoleAs a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with our General Practitioners and Practice Manager to deliver high-quality patient care and support the efficient operation of our treatment room and clinical services.This is a varied and rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to utilise your full nursing skillset while making a genuine difference in the health outcomes of our patients.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Nursing DutiesPatient triage and assessmentImmunisations and vaccinationsAdministration of injections and medicationsECGs, spirometry, and ear syringingWound care and dressingsAssisting GPs with procedures and minor surgeryHealth assessments and chronic disease managementCare plans and preventative health initiativesPatient education and health promotionPractice SupportMaintaining treatment room standards and stock controlSupporting quality improvement activitiesContributing to workflow efficiency and practice growthParticipating in team meetings and ongoing service developmentAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no EN's at this stage)Current CPR certificatePrevious General Practice nursing experience (preferred)Excellent communication and organisational skillsA proactive and positive attitudeStrong clinical assessment skillsA compassionate, patient-centred approachThe ability to work both independently and collaboratively
