About The Role

This is a varied role that combines Accounts Payable responsibilities with general finance administration, helping to support the day-to-day operations of our Finance team.

Working in a collaborative environment, you'll play an important role in ensuring supplier invoices and financial records are processed accurately and efficiently while providing excellent support to both internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities Include

Processing supplier invoices and accounts payable transactionsMatching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepanciesAssisting with supplier reconciliations and payment processingMaintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentationResponding to supplier and internal finance enquiriesAssisting with general finance administration and reporting activitiesSupporting the Finance team with a range of administrative tasksContributing to continuous improvement of finance processes and systems

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Administration or similar roleExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsThe ability to prioritise work and meet deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skillsMicrosoft Office skills, particularly ExcelA positive attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
