As Coordinator, you're the first and last touchpoint for every client, the person who sets the tone, builds trust, and helps them feel confident in the choices they make.

The role in a nutshell:

• You'll run the front of house; bookings, phones, check-in, and keeping the day flowing

• You'll get to know clients and thoughtfully recommend the treatments and retail that genuinely suit them

• You'll be the calm, organised force behind a busy clinic, juggling priorities without missing a beat

• You'll work closely with our therapist team to make sure every client's journey is seamless from booking to check-out

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have worked in a fast-paced, customer-facing role. Aesthetics or beauty experience is a strong plus

• Genuinely enjoy people and communicate with warmth and confidence
