About the role

Garfield Pizzeria is looking for an experienced 2IC / Front of House Supervisor to join the team in Carlton. Garfield is fast, modern and proudly Italian in its own way: grounded in craft, shaped by culture, and driven by people who care about doing things properly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and keep service sharp, confident and seamless
• Support, train and develop the FOH team
• Work closely with the kitchen and management to deliver service with rhythm and precision
• Build genuine relationships with guests and regulars
• Maintain high standards across service, presentation and the venue
• Contribute to a team built on energy, pride and professionalism

About you

• Previous hospitality supervisory or leadership experience
• Availability for 30–38 hours per week, including weekends
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• A fast, switched-on and detail-oriented approach
• A confident personality and natural ability to build rapport
• Reliable, self-aware and steady under pressure
• A willingness to lead by example and get your hands dirty
• A genuine interest in being great and learning the Garfield way: care, consistency and craft
