Your opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the successful delivery of a major data centre project, driving the next wave of digital and AI-enabled growth. We are seeking experienced professionals with a track record of delivering data centre projects and an understanding of the complexities of hyperscale and enterprise-grade environments. This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-value project and play a key role in its successful delivery through construction, commissioning and handover.

Reporting To The Head Of Pre Contracts & Risk, The Contract Administrator Will Sit Within The Project Commercial Team And Be Accountable For

Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contractsManaging the financial administration for the projectManaging the site office administration for the projectAssisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report including providing workings completed, programme and cost dataDeveloping and managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes

Our Minimum Requirements For This Role Are

Previous experience in Contract Administration within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project environmentsExperience administering contracts, variations, progress claims, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreementsExposure to procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, subcontractor engagement, and supplier managementStrong understanding of commercial processes, contract documentation, and project reportingWorking knowledge of cost control, project budgeting, and accounting principlesExperience on Tier 1 projects highly regardedStrong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
