We specialise in plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, drains, solar and more. Our brand is built on professionalism, care and a premium customer experience — and we're growing. Right now we're looking for confident, friendly and organised Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

The Role

We're seeking our next CSR superstars — someone who loves a chat and genuinely enjoys helping people. This is a role for someone who cares about relationships, not just transactions. As well as answering inbound calls, you'll spend a good part of your day reaching out to our existing customers — sharing current offers, checking in, and making sure they feel looked after. These are the calls that turn one-off jobs into customers for life.

Hours are flexible, ranging from 15 to 37.5 per week, and we'll agree on a final schedule together based on your availability and work-life balance. The role is permanent, so your hours stay consistent week to week — no last-minute shift changes.

This is an office-based role that plays a critical part in supporting our field technicians, growing our loyal customer base, and delivering the exceptional experience we're known for.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to existing customers — sharing current offers, following up, and keeping our relationships strong

• Answer inbound customer calls with warmth and confidence

• Book service appointments and manage the daily schedule alongside our operations team

• Follow up on quotes and open jobs

• Process payments

• Handle customer enquiries with care and professionalism

• Keep accurate job notes and records

You'll be the voice of our business, so professionalism and warmth are essential.

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, a call centre or administration

• Comfortable and confident making outbound calls — you enjoy connecting with people, not just answering the phone

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confident using computer systems and quick to learn new software

• Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

• Calm under pressure and focused on solutions

• Available to work the roster, including Saturdays

Experience in trades or home services is a bonus, but not essential — we'll teach you what you need to know.
