Panel Beater

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team at Clyde Accident Repair Centre' in Clyde North, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, using industry-leading techniques and equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Carefully assess vehicle damage, follow relevant job sheet applicable
• Use specialised tools and equipment to straighten, reshape and realign vehicle panels and components
• Perform welding, cutting, and metal finishing to restore damaged areas
• Apply filler, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting
• Collaborate with the paint team to ensure a seamless finish
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience and qualification as a Panel Beater
• Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and industry standards
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical specifications
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
• Valid driver's licence and your own tools
• Experience in ibodyshop not essential but would benefit
