About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant in both front of house and back of house, overseeing staff, food safety standards, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Supervise, roster, and support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure all food is prepared and served in accordance with company SOPs, recipes, and food safety standards
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
• Handle cash management, POS reconciliation, and daily reporting
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner

Shifts & Availability

• Full-Time role, 38 ordinary hours per week guaranteed
• Additional hours worked beyond the guaranteed 38 hours may occur based on business needs, and will be paid in accordance with the applicable overtime provisions under the Award
• Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
• Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Pay & Conditions

• Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020
• Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development

Requirements

• Must hold valid Australian working rights
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous hospitality and cooking experiences are preferred but not essential
