About the Role

As a Food, Beverage and Gaming Attendant, you will focus on providing superior customer service in a friendly and warm atmosphere.   We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals with a positive attitude to come on board.   The right candidates will have a passion for providing patrons with the best hotel experience and maintaining our top customer service reputation.

The positions currently available are casual, working to a roster which will include covering day, night and weekend shifts.

Your overall responsibility is to provide top customer service, your ability to work both independently and in a team environment, possess excellent grooming and presentation as well as great communication skills.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidates will have the following:

• Hospitality experience in a bar / gaming industry is preferable.

• Display a permanent focus on service and customer experience.

• Ability to learn the tasks required for this role whilst following Front of House procedures.

• Has a reliable, honest attitude and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment, whilst working as a team player.

• The right candidates must have excellent communication skills and be professionally presented and groomed at all times.

• Will hold relevant certificates including RSA and RSG.

• Solid experience and strong understanding of TAB facilities.

• Passionate, committed and responsible staff is what we are looking for, as well as those who can be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, public holidays

• Available to commence immediately.
